Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how HeadGraphics di Lorenzo Testa (webmaster of this website) uses and protects any information that you give  when you use this website.

First of all, we don’t collect your data; we don’t have contact forms, you can’t leave comments and stuff like that. We collect your data ONLY if you’re using the store and buying something.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

What we collect

We may collect the following information (well, this happens ONLY if you’re buying something from the store and sending us your information for the shipping):

  • name, contact information including email address, address, phone number, other information relevant to customer purchase.
  • we are not interested in this kind of information; if you want to provide us a wrong name, a fake address or anything else to protect your privacy… well your privacy will be protected, but you’ll never get the CD or t-shirt or whatever you’re buying.
  • In case you didn’t understand, we’re not interested in your data! We’re not influencing your vote and we’re not paid by Russians to change US elections. Honestly, we think that was just a huge load of bullshit.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping. But we’ll never take a look to that. If you want to delete this information, just write us.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services. But we won’t, ’cause we’re lazy.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers, or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. But actually we won’t neither cause we’re lazy and we’ve nothing to offer.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use Aruba hosting services; please read Aruba Privacy Policy here:  https://www.aruba.it/gdpr-regolamento-europeo-privacy.aspx#top-language-bar
